Live readings will take place at the agreed upon time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your live reading, you must send an email to reschedule your reading. If you miss your live reading for any reason, you will be given one opportunity to reschedule. If you miss your rescheduled live reading appointment, the fee for your reading will be refunded minus the live fee.
